At Fat Chimp Forces Wear & Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
